Job Description and Requirements:
As a Customer Service Executive, your primary responsibility will be to assist our clients with their queries and concerns via phone or email. You will be required to work from home, making this an ideal opportunity for those who prefer to work remotely. You must have a laptop and a broadband connection (40 Mbps) to be considered for this role.
Notice Period:
CONNEQT is looking for candidates who are available to join us immediately. The notice period for this position is for immediate joiners only. The working schedule will be six days a week with one rotational week-off, and you will work a day rotational shift (any 9 hours between 7 AM and 1 AM).
Salary:
The salary offered for this position is Rs. 14500 (take home). Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and grow your career in the customer service industry.
